Experience, Integrity, Sincerity

I'm Eric Engberg, a licensed Real Estate agent in Austin, Texas, with a passion for simplifying the home selling process for my clients. I work as the Vice President of Market Development for Culhane Premier Properties -- one of the top real estate teams in Central Texas based on total sales volume. Our objective is to earn our clients the most amount of money, in the shortest amount of time, and with the least amount of hassle and stress.

With 15-plus years of relevant experience under my belt, there isn't much I haven't seen when it comes to Real Estate.

I worked for many years in the mortgage industry, both in origination and in wholesale with companies that included Argent Mortgage and Vertice, a division of Wachovia. I also spent several years in the mobile home industry, helping people secure loans and land, and working with contractors to ensure projects were completed on time.

My clients can rely on me to be a calm resource in times of uncertainty. If I don't know the answers to your questions, I'll find them.

One of the best things about my job is helping people, and that means acting with the utmost integrity. It's important that my clients know I'll always be honest with them, even letting them know when they risk making a decision they might regret.

You have questions and I have answers. We'll figure out if it's a good time for you to sell, and if so, we'll move forward with clearly mapped out steps.

I invite you to chat with me over a cup of coffee to discuss your selling objectives. Call me at 512-773-0148, or fill out my contact form.

Fun Facts

I'm a father of four who has lived in Austin since 1981.

  • I was born in Monterey, Mexico (but got here as fast as I could!).
  • Little known fact: I used to sing Country music in venues across Austin.
  • My earliest memories of Austin are visiting my grandparents, who lived here, riding the train in Zilker Park, feeding the pigeons, and swimming in Barton Springs Pool.
I absolutely love Austin. With its natural beauty and amazingly talented residents, there's no other place like The Music Capital of the World, and there’s no place in the world I’d rather be.
